I'm doing Reefer Madness - The Musical ! I've been cast in the ensemble of San Jose Stages production of the cult classic. The cast is incredible, featuring a few familiar faces; Gabriel Grilli (Thoroughly Modern Millie PCRT) and Will Springhorn Jr. We open on June 8th.
Now I've done this show before (as you all should know as you all came out to see it...right?). But this is one of those shows that I could do forever. The script is crazy funny, the music is catchy, and it has a message that will make you think. It's just that good. True, it's pretty hillariously irreverent. But in all the ways you want it to be. And I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels that way, as the actress who plays our Sally in the production, Jill Miller, is a three-peat reefer offender (she has played Mae and Sally before).
